Ankara.\u00a0<\/strong>The Train-the-Trainer program was designed for the training of German and Turkish trainers by the BFW NRW gGmbH and has already been successfully realized with the Turkish partners in Germany in 07\/2016 as well as in Turkey in 08\/2017<\/p>\n

In order to design the measures sustainably, the learned material should be passed on through the Train-the-Trainer trainings. A draft fort a qualification module for a Train-the-Trainer training looks as follows:<\/p>\n

Interdisciplinary contents that are trained in all the practical modules:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Safety and health protection at work <\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Recognizing danger of safety and health at work and taking measures to avoid said dangers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Contract acquisition, performance evaluation, workplan and schedule <\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Recognizing goal of the task<\/li>\n
    2. Planning steps, safety measures and use of tools<\/li>\n
    3. Deciding on building material and auxiliary material<\/li>\n
    4. Deciding on construction aids and tools<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a0<\/strong>Setting up, maintaining and securing the workplace at the construction site<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Setting up, maintaining and clearing of the workplace, observing ergonomic aspects<\/li>\n
      2. Securing the workplace<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Work scaffolding and protective scaffolding: <\/em><\/p>\n

        1. Putting up, maintaining and dismantling the scaffolding according to instructions<\/li>\n
        2. Taking part in examining the safety of working and protective scaffolding\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          tools and devices: <\/em><\/p>\n

          1. Arranging provision of tools and devices<\/li>\n
          2. Recognizing malfunctions within the devices and reporting those<\/li>\n

            1. Check construction and auxiliary materials as well as finished parts, mounting parts and attachment parts through inspection for usefulness<\/li>\n

            3. Retrieving, transporting and storing of construction and auxiliary materials, finished parts, mounting parts and attachment parts according to instruction<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
