Son derece modern olan e\u011fitim merkezi 1937 y\u0131l\u0131ndan 1980 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar K\u00f6ln&#8217;de hizmet veren merkezin yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kerpen&#8217;de t\u00fcm \u00e7evre iller i\u00e7in yap\u0131 teknik ressaml\u0131\u011f\u0131 (CAD) ve s\u0131hhi tesisat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k kurslar\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. K\u00f6ln ve Aachen&#8217;de bulunan Uygulamal\u0131 Bilimler Y\u00fcksekokullar\u0131 ve Wuppertal \u00dcniversitesiyle i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7ersinde dual in\u015faat m\u00fchendisli\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenimi sunulmaktad\u0131r.
