Measures

Each project location will offer skills development schemes in various professional fields. Syrian participants will generally start with Turkish language training and an introductory course on socio-cultural living and working conditions in Turkey.

The know-how transfer between the German and Turkish partners is supposed to provide an added value for Turkey’s vocational training system. This will include such steps as the review, modification or supplementation of existing curricula as well as the development of new curricula. Further support will be provided to develop teaching and learning material, train teachers and trainers and improve the educational infrastructure.
